iReady Test
At Cleveland Charter High school ALL students have access iReady though Schoology and Clever. iReady is an online curriculum that allows LAUSD schools, through diagnostic efforts and learning paths, determine students' strengths and areas for growth, personalize their learning, and monitor their progress throughout the school year. Your student's English or Math teacher may also use the i-Ready Personalized Learning system for individualized instruction. The assessment tests are adaptive, meaning that the questions that a student sees may depend on their answer to previous questions.
iReady provides supplemental support in Reading and Mathematics.
Students take the Diagnostic three times per year:
Beginning-of-Year Diagnostic (at the start of the Fall semester - Aug)
- 2025-2026 SY: Tuesday, August 19, 2025 - ELA Diagnostic
Mid-Year Diagnostic (at the close of the Fall semester - Dec)
End-of-Year Diagnostic (at the close of the Spring semester - May)
What to Do Test Day?
Make sure your child comes to school on time, well rested, having eaten a good breakfast, and with their device fully charged.
It is also recommended that you remind your student(s) to try their best on each question, to avoid rushing, and to expect that they will get about half the questions correct.
If your child is absent the day of a test, they will test on a make-up test day.
