Single Plan for Student Achievement

The Single Plan for Student Achievement, also called the Single Plan or the SPSA, is the document that reflects how Cleveland allocates the school's categorical funds (Bilingual and Title I funds) and uses the funds to improve student achievement. Cleveland originally wrote its Single Plan in 2003, and annually updates the budget and action plan sections. The most recent plan was rewritten in spring 2016 and is available at the link below.
