Shouldn't name it the same if not same points. can use X'Y'Z', reads X prime y prime Z prime, prime implies related to the original angle.

Constrcting Congruent Segments (pg 44, ex #1)

Good steps, horrible compass technique (alters compass setting, lines too dark which lead to other problems, can't draw full circles easily.
