TENTATIVE SCHEDULES:
The link to the student's schedule as of 6/8/25 can be found in the attached document. Search by Student ID numbers. Note, these schedules are tentative. Classes and periods are subject to change based on enrollment and staffing. Teachers are subject to change based on availability. The final schedule will be available August 13.

- Scroll down and find your student ID number: This is the same number as the number on your ID card or your report card.
- Next to the 10-digit number is your child’s tentative schedule for periods 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7.
If you have a hole in your schedule or you did not get a class you requested, it is likely because there were conflicts in when the course was offered and other courses you requested. Or the course is not being offered due to low enrollment or teacher avalability. Please see your counselor Monday or Tuesday, or better yet, Schoology message the counselor. You may request class changes, based on availability; you may not request specific teachers.
NEW STUDENTS:
If you are an incoming 9th grader or new to Cleveland, we will be hosting an Orientation on August 5. More info to come.
SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENT DAYS:
Counselors will be on campus in August (dates TBD) from 8 AM - 12:00 PM to speak to students regarding errors in class schedules. They will also host a Zoom session from 1 PM - 3 PM. They cannot accommodate period changes for classes already scheduled. Students also have the first 3 weeks of school to make changes, so attendance on the Schedule Adjustment days are not required.
As a reminder, Schoology may not always keep up with the counselors course changes.
Not Returning to Cleveland:
If your child is not returning to Cleveland or has enrolled in another school, please contact Cleveland's Attendance Office as possible. When calling or leaving a message, please slowly and clearly state the 10-digit number listed on the letter sent to you this summer or state the student’s full name and birth date, the name of the individual leaving the message, and the new school the student will be attending this fall. Please repeat the information twice on the message.
