Class of 2024-2026 will be taking the PSAT on October 12th. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. Although students are not required to take the SAT, students should still review the websites of the universities they will apply to for their testing requirements.
As October 12 is an instructional day, if you choose to OPT-OUT of the exam, you must still attend school and there will be instruction with a non-proctoring teacher, which may not be one of your regular teachers.
If you DO NOT wish to take the exam, you must complete the PSAT Opt- Out form by September 30-LINK BELOW. The form must include a parents/guardian's signature. To return the signed form you may either bring it to the College Office to Mrs. Drell i126 or to Ms. De La Vega in D-10. Printed copies will also be available.
Class of 2023: There will be senior activites and workshops tailored for you on this day. Attendance is required. It is still an instructional day for you as well.
From: Mrs. Sharon Drell, College Counselor 11,12 and Ms. De La Vega, Testing Coordinator
