Memoir I just read the other 'Doors' memoir from someone who was not there. I did attend and was quite pleased that my school was very modern to allow a rock band assembly! The concert was great except for the ever inebriated Jim Morrison, whose performance was severely affected. So much so that our principal, Miss Hoeffer, had to stop the concert at one point, give him and the band a warning about unsavory behavior and language and wound up having a verbal match with him at the end of the concert too. Morrison was in his soon-to-be-usual rebellious form, and called our principal some very choice names. For a very nice and upperclass high school, this was a public first, that should not have occurred.
