Pick up an Activity Slip from the College Office (C-7) and get it signed by your Per. 5 & 6 teachers.
Please come to the CHS Library if you need help with your FAFSA/CADAA, UC, CSU, or Common Apps. Please have your FSA ID completed for you and for one parent. Please bring your transcripts that were passed out in your English class. Thank you
