Course Description

AP European History covers the study of Europe circa 1450-present day. Students will examine four periods as prescribed by College Board:

Fall semester includes Period 1: 1450-1648, Period 2: 1648-1815

Spring semester includes Period 3: 1815-1914, Period 4: 1914-present

NOTE: This course has been recently re-designed and CB dates may be slightly different from those in the course description.

This survey course covers political, economic, religious, social, intellectual, geographic, and art history over that time period.
