The Special Education Plan describes how Cleveland will help Students with Disabilities (SWD) improve their performance on various state measures which include California Dashboard and SBAC tests. Cleveland wrote plans for Graduation Rate, ELA and Math Achievement [on state testing], Percentage of Time in General Education Classes, Post-School Outcomes–Higher Education or Competitively Employed, and Post-School Outcomes–Any Education or Employment.

The LCAP Targeted Student Populations (TSP) Plan describes how Cleveland ensures that they fund and operate a program for English Learners, Foster Youth and Low-Income Students in accordance with existing policy and federal agreements.

The Final LCAP Annual Update for 2023-2024 is a tool for districts and charter schools to set goals, plan actions, and use their resources to meet those goals to improve student outcomes.

The School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is in accordance with California Education Code 64001that requires schools that receive federal Title I funds to develop a School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). The school site council is responsible for the development, annual review, and update of this plan. The content of the SPSA is aligned with goals for improving student achievement and address how funds will be used to improve academic performance. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the instructional program will be based on an analysis of verifiable student data and annual updates will reflect the appropriate modifications to the program.

Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) Plan describes program activities that support the whole child. It includes the high dosage tutoring provided in math and literacy through Carnegie Learning after school.
