School Plan for Student Achievement

The School Plan for Student Achievement, formerly called the Single Plan for Student Achievement, also known as the School Plan or the SPSA, is the document that reflects how Cleveland allocates the school's categorical funds (Title I funds) and uses the funds to improve student achievement. Cleveland wrote its first Single Plan in 2003, and annually updates the budget and action plan sections. The most recent plan was rewritten and approved in spring 2020 and is available at the link below.
