- LA Pierce Online application at: www.lapc.edu
- K-12 Form in the College and Career Center in i-121
- Early leave form with your academic counselor
Important Information!
Regarding permission to take external courses not offered through the District
Students wanting to enroll in external courses not offered through the District must obtain written permission from the Assistant Principal/School Counselor before enrolling. Grades and credits earned at outside institutions without prior approval will not be accepted. Students and parents need to discuss the request with the student's counselor before enrolling in other institutions. Our District offers a variety of summer school and enrichment opportunities that may fulfill your academic goals. Your counselor can help determine if a course aligns with your needs and guide you through the best course options, both within our school and externally, if needed.
For 1-2 unit college classes, students will only be enrolled in the courses under the following conditions:
- For high school credit, including the course being posted on the high school transcript and included in official LAUSD GPA, the course must be offered through the school’s dual enrollment program
- All other courses approved for concurrent enrollment will not be for high school credit, will not be posted on the high school transcript, will not be included on the official LAUSD GPA, and will not suffice for early leave purposes.
