Schoology Error Message
If you receive an ERROR message when you attempt to access Schoology through your LAUSD PASSport Parent Portal account, it is most likely because last year you created an old Basic Schoology account at our school.
To resolve this problem, you may:
· Change the e-mail address associated with your LAUSD PASSport Parent Portal account. Please click on the ”ChangeEmail_final” link below for the instructions.
· Delete your Basic Schoology account. To delete an account, you must first log into your account to delete courses you are enrolled in. Please click on this link for the instructions:
Then, while you are still logged into your account, you may delete it by navigating to "https://www.schoology.com/settings/account/action?delete."
· Change the e-mail associated with your Basic Schoology account by clicking on the “How to Remove your LAUSD Email address...” link below and following the instructions (the instructions are written for employees who used their LAUSD e-mail address, but you may follow them also for any e-mail address you used in creating your old Basic Schoology account).
