"I believe that what makes our country great is the diversity of our people, culture and ideas. I firmly believe we should embrace this diversity and celebrate it in our art. Coming from the real world of commercial art and business I know what is expected of my students after they graduate from Cleveland and begin their lives in the real world. I believe it is not only our commission to educate students but also to help them find paths to realistic goals for their future. It is also my mission to introduce students to the many careers possible within the commercial art industry." Bill Diebold
